Shipping & Payment Conditions
Shipping costs inside Germany (UPS)
If your order is below 2 kg the shipping costs amount to 4,80 Euro (German Post).
If your order is below 20 kg the shipping costs amount to 7,50 Euro (UPS).
If your order is below 40 kg the shipping costs amount to 21,00 Euro (UPS).
If your order is below 60 kg the shipping costs amount to 34,00 Euro (UPS).
If your order is over 60 kg the shipping costs amount to 80,00 Euro (forwarding business).
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment option an additional amount of 7,00 Euro will be charged independently of the amount of your order. Free shipping for orders over 750,00 Euro.
Shipping costs for EU (UPS)
If your order is below 2 kg the shipping costs amount to 10,00 Euro (German Post).
If your order is below 5 kg the shipping costs amount to 27,00 Euro (UPS).
If your order is below 20 kg the shipping costs amount to 35,00 Euro (UPS).
If your order is below 40 kg the shipping costs amount to 53,00 Euro (UPS).
If your order is over 40 kg the shipping costs amount to 90,00 Euro (forwarding business).
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment option an additional amount of 13,00 Euro will be charged independently of the amount of your order. Free shipping for orders over 1000,00 Euro.
Delivery times
Your order will usually be shipped within seven working days after receipt of your order. In case we do not have in stock one of the products you ordered, a short delay is possible - usually not more than three additional days. When you choose payment in advance as your payment option, your order will be shipped after we receive the money on our account.
Payment options
Payment in advance by bank transfer
Your order will be shipped after we receive the total amount of your order on our bank account.
Cash on delivery
You comfortably pay when receiving your order. If you chose cash on delivery as your payment option, an additional amount of 7,00 Euro (EU 13,00 Euro) will be charged.
Payment by Paypal
After finishing your order you will be redirected to Paypal, where you can easily pay for example with your credit card. After we have received your payment, we will process your order.
